Plastics Pirate Treasure Hunt

Donation protected
Plastics Pirate is purchasing the 'first of its' kind' pyrolysis plant from our joint venture partners, Scarabtech, who have developed the technology. Our project outline is the reason we have been selected over many applicants to conduct a pilot project to field test the plant and provide testing results of the fuel we produce. The mobile and scalable plant turns most non-recyclable plastics back into fuel, on site, in a cost effective, environmentally sound and globally scalable way.
We are lucky enough to have a payment plan for the plant as we are bootstrapping the project. ScarabTech sees the situation and believes in our vision enough to have made this arrangement possible. The next payment is due in a few days and we have exhausted all other options for immediate funding, not for lack of effort, believe me. Asking is not something I do very easily.
If we don't manage to make this payment, we will lose the time critical opportunity to change the world
This plant is key to being self-sufficient in the delivery of the life saving safe water access and holistic health clinics for remote coastal communities and to provide a globally scalable solution to manage plastic before it becomes a waste and to recycle the waste already destroying the environment.
Not only will the process supply the fuel from plastic which we need to power our project, but it will also provide us the means to prove the solution to Australian and International stakeholders. We will be able to prove that this really is a way to win the battle and in doing so, realise the dream to strengthen forgotten remote coastal communities to be more resilient for the future. In doing so, we are developing the partnerships we need to, in order to meet many if not all of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We have investor interest for the total amount in our seed round of AUD 500 000, which we need to achieve the next milestone, being the completion of the pilot project. We will be conducting the research and development required to prove the technology is what we claim it to be, demonstrating and creating awareness and re-instating hope.
I could just wrap it all up and go back to being an on-road paramedic and pay back the money which this plea for help generates, but that won't provide the solution to the problem which is likely to be the demise of life as we know it. Everyone is talking about the plastic problem and how we need circular economies to ensure sustainability, but there are currently few solutions or ways to develop true circular economies on an industry scale. We believe the model is scalable on a global level.
The issues unearthed in the development of Plastics Pirate are far too grave to simply 'wrap it all up' and go back to a past life. The terminal state we have put our planet and its' people in, so desperately need us to do everything we can to fix it.
Now!
Giving up is not an option.
I have found a way to make the biggest difference I have so far in my life and I would not be asking what I am and have, if I didn't completely believe in myself, our crew or our solution.
Or you!
The caring, conscious, concerned and game changing people living on this planet.
It's not only our Plastics Pirate crew who are incredible grateful for the chance to make this work, but it's also our children, their children and all the future children of our planet who will get to live in a world where plastic waste was a problem that is merely a spine-chilling memory.
Every piece of your treasure you share will get us closer to unearthing the whole chest.
A chest full of planet and people saving treasure in the form of plastic management solutions and hope for our future.
What price would you put on seeing an environment free of our self-imposed plastic pollution?
What price would you pay to know we had a chance, right now, to do something serious about changing the world, and we didn't take it?
What price would you put on enabling the difference which helps to save the planet?

No person made a greater mistake than the person who did nothing because they could only do a little

Please accept our deepest gratitude
