HELP PLEASE repair our Air Conditioning

My name is Shannon. My family has an urgent need for help. Our air conditioning unit stopped working in April. It needs to be completely replaced. We have a warranty that is covering some of the cost, but we are still left with a significant amount that we have to pay for. Our portion for parts and labor is $2,300.  Since we don’t  have “compatibility coverage”, we have to pay for parts that will make the new air conditioning system cooperate with the system parts that are not failing. The items we have to pay for are: evaporation coil, duct and transition work, condenser pump ups, locking caps, condenser wiring, and incidentals.

 

It is URGENT that we have our ac fixed. I am on supplemental oxygen and have multiple medical problems. It’s very hard for me to breathe when it’s hot. I have recently been hospitalized for pneumonia, which I get frequently. Our youngest daughter suffers from severe migraines which are made worse by the heat. My oldest daughter and myself have asthma and have a harder time breathing when it’s hot. It is medically necessary for us to have our AC working.

 

We are a low income family as I am completely bedbound. We also take care of our two grown daughters who are on the autism spectrum and have other mental and physical health problems. We are blessed with just enough money to survive each month, but we just can’t come up with this much money to fix our AC

UPDATE:  Words cannot express the gratitude we have towards everyone who donated.  Unfortunately we just were informed of some additional costs so I raised our goal.  We Praise our Lord for sending us help.  Reaching our new goal would lift a huge burden for us.  Thank you.
