Help Preserve Kasson's 1918 Legacy

Kasson Alliance for Restoration has been diligently working to keep historic structures in Kasson. Our latest project is the Historic 1918 Public School. I hope you have been past the school and see how great it is.

We do have a purchase agreement on it and he’s thinking apartments or condos in the school. He is working on Historic Tax Credits and then will ask for TIF from the City of Kasson and working on financing options from MBT Bank in Mantorville.

Our dilemma is we are running out of money to keep it going (utilities and upkeep) until he can purchase it. We are asking for your help with a charitable donation that is tax deductible.

KARE is a nonprofit organization bringing people together to preserve, protect, and enjoy Kasson’s history and the places in the community that matter to them. By preserving Kasson’s history, and the places where important moments of everyday life took place, KARE helps revitalize the community, spark economic development, and promote environmental sustainability.
