Help Prevent Homelessness for a Brave Soul

I'm in need of help. I'm very close to becoming homeless. I've worked hard getting my life together, getting my mental health issues together, and quit drinking 7 months ago. And now I'm about to lose it all. I just need help to not lose my home. Please, if you can help, thank you.
