Help protect the Foley kids

Meet Mark. Marks wife abandoned him and his kids nearly 2 years ago and ran off with her boyfriend whom she had a baby with.

Mark cared for the 5 kids on a very modest income with zero financial or physical help at all for nearly a year and a half. For most of that time his wife had no interest in even seeing the kids until the last several months when she began visitation with the kids.

Mark recently felt he needed to get some help so he could be healthy to care for the kids and asked his ex if she would watch the kids for a few days while he checked himself into a psychiatric hospital. During this time his ex took advantage of the situation and was able to gain custody of the kids and also stole his vehicle.

After coming home, being gone just a few days, he learned that he had lost custody and just a couple days later lost his job because his ex wouldn’t return his vehicle and he missed work.

His ex recently hurt one of the youngest children, to the point where he needed to go to the ER and there is a CPS investigation against her. However she lied to the judge about many things and there was an ex parte ruling to completely remove Marks parental rights.

He has been trying to navigate the courts himself because he does not have the money for an attorney. He has tried to find someone who would take on his case pro bono but has not yet found anyone to help.

He must contest the ruling to remove his parental rights THIS FRIDAY. The cheapest attorney he has been able to find to take on his case will cost $5,000.
