Help protect the Nink Smith boys.

Hello, we are the Nink Smith family Robert, and I have been married for 5 years and working hard to provide for our amazing family. However, our 3 sons are still dealing with their unsafe and abusive father. We are officially at the point we do not have any other option, we filed for termination and the judge ruled he is trying to maintain contact so he will not terminate his parental rights. The judge stated he is not doing what he should as a father and frankly a terrible father but would not terminate his rights. We have to go back to family court and attempt to protect these children there is no other option at this point. He is already threatening court stating he wants a modification to have a lot more time with the children, including a month in the summer in Alaska. He has still done nothing to educate himself on the children's medical needs. Ultimately the boys would like this over with and do not want to talk or to see him any longer. We now have to figure out retaining an attorney for $5000 and what steps to move forward with ongoing costs. We have an extensive social study stating his rights should be terminated and the children's best interest but apparently none of it mattered, because he has court order phone calls twice a week for an average of 5 minutes. We are hoping you can help us move forward in protecting the children. We have been told to trust and work in the system and it has failed these children time and time again. Thank you.
