My name is Ross Cunniff, and I am the chair of Preserve Fort Collins. As you may know, we have conducted two successful petition drives in the past year to stop the Fort Collins City Council from enacting its ill-advised high-density development agenda. Despite the evidence - nearly 14,000 signatures collected in two 20-day periods - Council and special-interest allies are trying to deny your right to petition your government. They are doing this by using the petition protest process and parliamentary shenanigans to try to stop us. We refuse to stop fighting for you - but we need your help. Legal counsel is expensive.
