Help Provide Essentials for 25 orphans in Bugiri, Uganda

A humble, hardworking, 34 yr old, Florida woman.

Let me share a story.

Early this week I received a 'follow' from @jethrochildrenfoundation

His message read

"I, Jethro, and our community, have opened up this platform to seek help for the young generation.

Can we be mutual friends in our journey to rise the voice of hopeless children in Uganda"

Since then, many videos and messages and video calls have been exchanged.

I've met Majorine, a beautiful baby girl that lives in their community. (She said my name ❤️)

I met Jimz, Anita and Fiona, coming back from school, and Jethro's beautiful sister, Shamusa.

(I'm still learning all their names and plan to visit someday in the near future )

Jethro and Shamusa, are the primary caretakers of Jethro Children Foundation.

I asked Jethro what he would use money for, if I sent it.

*Jethro has never asked me for money*

He replies, "I need to buy good food, clothes, pay for their health, safe water and education"

He informed me it costs 747,193 Ugandan shilling ($200 US dollars) a week to get everything they need.

Jethro, Shamusa and I, are seeking help for 25 orphans in Bugiri, Uganda.

I've decided, with or without help, I'll be funding the Jethro Children Foundation in Mugona Village,

Bugiri District, Uganda

If you'd like to contribute, this is my future financial breakdown:

$225 a week

for the rest of 2024

for 2025

=$11,925

A total of $17,325
