Help Publish Ray Jewell's Devotional Commentary

Hello everyone. My name is Ray Jewell. I am the pastor of a small church in rural Wisconsin and I'm raising money in order to pay for the costs of my first published work.

My book is entitled, "Unity in Weakness as the Body of Christ: The Message of the Letters to the Corinthians." This is what I call a devotional commentary. I have a tentative contract with a large publishing company, and I'm needing $5,000 by May 14 to start production of the book. They will take care of all the remaining details.

One of the main reasons I want to do this project is because of health concerns. I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and am not sure how long I will be able to perform the duties of a pastor. The residual income from this project would help provide me with a means of support.
