HELP PUBLISH THE GORGEOUS LIFE ANTHOLOGY!

This project is an anthology publication set to highlight underground/alternative/untrained artists.

This anthology will be a collection of comics, art, and poetry from artists centered in Seattle but across the country as well (Wyoming and Maryland whoop whoop!)

It is in full color and currently around 50 pages- it will be a free publication and will be fully online for anyone to read.

The Gorgeous Life creators aim to create a community of comic artists in Seattle that do not solely have to work and connect with others through the Internet, but can create connections and friendships in the city as well. Using an anthology, we can get to know many of the local artists that participate and help connect them with those who have also participated, as well as with other organizations/shops/publishers.

Our goal is to reach out to these people to give them an opportunity to be published as a piece for their resume, the beginning step in a career journey, something to make them and their families proud, or just to try something new.

Many artists, especially those who are just starting their career or do not even know whether art is for them, have no clue where to start. All these artists have to do is submit a piece. We will take almost anything, publish it, and distribute it. When we say we will publish anything, however, we mean within moral reasons! No bias nor hate will be tolerated.
