More information about T L C Tender Loving Care Animal Shelter (TLC Animal Shelter): On April 1 2020 TLC Animal Shelter will proudly be marking 46-year milestone of serving the community and providing a safe haven for homeless, abused, and abandoned animals. TLC started from humble beginnings, but today boasts of a beautiful shelter that provides care for an average of 3,000 animals a year. TLC is a not for profit organization run entirely on contributions, and various fundraisers that are held throughout the year, to enable us to provide the care needed for these animals. We are grateful to all of our contributors and our hard working volunteers for helping raise the money to do all of this.
We are trying to raise enough money to purchase a fully equipped spay/neuter trailer for the shelter. This will be a wonderful addition for us, something that we have dreamed about for years can now become a reality with your help. We are raising money to have a spay/neuter trailer built to provide spay/neuters for animals brought to TLC for adoption (including stray, abandoned and transport animals coming in from high kill shelters). We are hoping to make a dream become a much needed reality, and with your help it can be done. The shelter will be in operation for 46 years as of April 1st 2020, and we have always wanted to be able to have an on premise surgery facility but financially it seemed way beyond our means. We did a great deal of research and found the perfect solution, a spay/neuter trailer outfitted with a complete surgery suite, anesthesia machine, digital pull out scale, locking storage area, built in cages, and many other things too numerous to mention. Please help us in making a dream become a reality.
