Help Put Nathan To Rest

Donation protected
Hello everyone, my name is Kimberly Maldonado and I am a friend of Nathan's family. It is with a heavy heart that we share the unfortunate news that our beloved Nathan Franklin was killed in a hit-and-run collision on the weekend of New Year’s Eve. On Saturday December 30th, Nate was riding his dirt bike alone through the 6th Street Bridge in Downtown Los Angeles when he was suddenly struck by a white Dodge Ram truck. Unfortunately, three unknown suspects were seen fleeing from the scene and thankfully, a witness stopped to call 911 and assist Nathan during his final conscious moments of life. No one was aware of the accident until Nathan was reported missing on December 31st by his coworkers when he did not show up to his shift that night. Nathan was missing for over 72 hours until a family member was able to locate him in a nearby hospital showing no signs of progression and was declared brain dead. For seven days, Nathan was in the hospital fighting for his life until God decided to bring him home. On January 6th, 2024 he will officially be disconnected from life support. Nathan Franklin was a kind, humble, and hard working man who enjoyed recording videos on his bike and taking care of his dog Louie. He was a beloved son, grandson, brother, and friend to all. He was taken from us unnaturally and leaves a huge hole in our hearts. His grandmother, 9 year old sister, and 18 year old brother’s lives have been turned upside down permanently, and will have to continue to live their lives full of grief and with a void that will never be filled. We would gladly appreciate any blessing and donation that is given as it will all be provided to Nathan's grandmother Jennifer in order to help put Nathan to rest in the best possible way that he whole-heartedly deserves. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and if unable to donate monetarily, we would also appreciate the help to share this link with any friends or family as well as any helpful information that is known in regards to his tragic accident.

Thank you.
