Hi, we’re Angie Quiocho and Caitlin McGrath the founders of Q’s Island BBQ.

We started this journey in 2021 with a dream, a grill, and Angie’s family recipes—passed down through generations. From day one, our mission has been simple:

Thanks to the love and support from YOU—our incredible community—we’ve grown beyond what we ever imagined. We’ve catered events, partnered with Cal State Fullerton Softball, and built an amazing following of nearly 400,000 people who believe in what we do.
