Help Quincy recover from head and facial trauma
Donation protected
On Friday September 10th, 2021 Quincy St Clair, age 7 was involved in a very serious accident. He was hit by a car and suffered a head injury with multiple facial fractures and has been in critical care at MUSC Children's Hospital in Charleston, SC.
Quincy has a lengthy recovery ahead of him. Once released from MUSC, he may require multiple facial reconstruction surgeries over the next several years as his body grows. Hospital, Surgical and Doctor follow up bills are a mounting financial concern for Quincy and his family.
Due to Quincy's severe head trauma, he will need extensive Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies over the next several months. Special educational services and tutoring at home may be required to keep Quincy on track with his schooling. Because of the traumatic nature of Quincy's accident, he as well as both of his parents may require months to years of trauma and family therapy. The St. Clair family has put their entire life on hold to care for Quincy during this time so loss of income is also a significant concern for the St. Clairs.
Quincy is a very special boy. He's strong. Smart. Funny. Silly. And absolutely delightful to be around. His parents, Katie and Jason are the most generous and genuinely kind people I know. They have touched so many lives and given so much to their community over the years and they now need our help!
Quincy's goals are to recover fully, play with his friends again and get a new family dog, a Golden Retriever.
Please donate what you can towards Quincy's speedy recovery. Thank you!!
