Hi, my name is Rae, and I’m reaching out to ask for help with my beloved cats, Puck and Anchovy. As many of you know, I’ve been dealing with serious ongoing back injuries that have prevented me from working. This has left me without an income, making it incredibly difficult to cover the unexpected and overwhelming veterinary costs for my two sweet cats.

Puck and Anchovy are more than just pets to me—they are my family. Unfortunately, they've both been dealing with serious health issues, and the bills have quickly piled up. Anchovy has been undergoing numerous tests, including brain scans and x-rays. The vet believes she may need an enucleation (eye removal surgery) if the inflammation continues. Puck has also required a number of treatments and medications to help with his ongoing lung problems.

I’ve always done my best to care for them, but the strain of these costs have been too much to bear on my own. I’m unable to work, and these unexpected expenses have stretched me thin, both financially and emotionally. My goal is to raise $1,500 to cover their medical bills, so that I can continue to provide the care they need and ensure they can live a comfortable, healthy life.
