Help Raise Money for the Antietam School District!
Donation protected
Hi, we are seniors at Antietam High School. On July 9th, 2023, the Antietam Middle Senior High School tragically faced a flood causing nearly $22,000,000 worth of damage. In return, we have been denied from federal and state funding, and practically ignored by PA’s “Rainy Day Fund.” The school’s insurance is only able to recover around $3,000,000 worth of damage. Students are currently utilizing the Antietam School District’s Elementary Center, Primary Center, and a nearby church to continue their learning. The entirety of the district is in jeopardy, with potential district mergers on the table. We do not want to see the fall of this school district who many, such as ourselves, love and cherish. We are raising money to help in any way, whether it’s buying new supplies for our teachers and staff or helping build back our school.
Note: We are a group of seniors at Antietam. “Antietam Flood Relief” is not an organization that is directly affiliated with the school. We are simply raising money to help our school in need, and all proceeds will be donated to the school district. Before we act bigger, we first wanted to reach out to our community for help. Every donation and share is so appreciated. Thank you!
