Help Rajneesh Recover After Brutal Attack on DiDi Job
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Rahul, and I’m fundraising for my friend Rajneesh, who was brutally attacked while working as a DiDi driver in Melbourne.
On March 9th at 1:00 AM, Rajneesh was picking up a customer when three to four armed men forced their way into his car and attacked him with machetes and knives. They cut off two of his fingers, stabbed his legs, and dragged him out of the car, beating him for several minutes.
Rajneesh has already had two major surgeries, and while his medical treatment is covered, doctors say he will need 6 to 10 months to recover. He can’t work or drive in that time, and as an international student without family here, he’s left with nothing.
I will be helping Rajneesh cover his major bills and rent, but he will still need help for daily living, food, transport, and therapy while he recovers.
We’re raising funds to help cover:
• Basic living costs (food, transport, essentials)
• Trauma counseling and therapy to recover mentally and physically
• Rehabilitation services to help regain hand function
Rajneesh is a kind, hardworking person who was just doing his job. Any help — big or small — will make a difference and help him survive this tough time.
If you can’t donate, please share this with others who might be able to help.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
