Help Ranck warakai cope with quadriplegia in png

Ranck warakai is a 36years old male from Papua New Guinea who was involved in a road traffic accident in 2016. He broke his neck at c5 complete, so is quadriplegic with limited arm and hand use. Due to a severe pressure sore he has been on bed rest for most of that time. This is gradually healing but he has no access to medical care as it is expensive and rely’s on family to dress his wound and care for him.

In Papua New Guinea there are no spinal injury centres which means he was never properly rehabilitated to live and cope with spinal cord injury so its been very difficult to adopt to a completely new way of living with loss of functions and mobility in your body. Living expenses are high and really hard to afford unless there is constant funding to cater for him.

Any financial support would immediately go to financial assistance to help fixing his house for a wheelchair user, as well as buying some exercise equipment to help him maintain his health.
