In Loving Memory of Randy Birk

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to ask for your support for my uncle Randy and his wife, Bonnie, as they navigate one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Randy is one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever known. An avid outdoorsman, he has always found joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature—his true happy place. He’s never been the type of person to ask for help, but he’s facing a battle that no one can fight alone.

In December 2023, Randy was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. Over the past year, he has bravely undergone chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery to remove the cancerous part of his esophagus. Just when we thought he was on the road to recovery, we were devastated to learn that the cancer had returned and progressed to stage 4.

Because of his treatments and health challenges, Randy has been unable to work for most of the past year. Recently, his wife, Bonnie, has also had to take a leave from work to care for him full-time. With more chemotherapy ahead, their medical bills and living expenses are becoming overwhelming, adding a tremendous burden to an already difficult journey.

Randy has spent his life working tirelessly without ever asking for anything in return. Now, we’re asking for your prayers, love, and support to help lift this financial burden and give Randy and Bonnie the opportunity to focus on his fight.
