Help Randy save his house and walk again!

This is Randy Haught. 57, who was in tip-top shape and always adventurous. But on December 15th, 2023 Randy was in a mountain bike accident that changed his life. Just home from his work in Alaska for 12 hours, he went out on a solo bike ride and saw a new line and thought, that looks cool! He took it and it dropped off more than expected. He ended up going over the handle bars and landing on his head with his bike still clipped in! Randy broke his C4 in multiple places and had a vertebral artery dissection on both sides! He was instantly paralyzed from the neck down (and lucky to be alive!) He couldn't even yell for help. Dennis, a kind stranger, saw him go in and not come out of the line so he went looking for him and called 911. Randy spent 14 days in critical condition in ICU, 5 days in step down and 59 days in intensive inpatient rehab at Casa Colina. Randy fought for his life in ICU, damaging his neck so badly he had to be trached to breathe and a feeding tube placed in his stomach. They had to take discs and fuse C3-C6. He got septic and had a bad pneumonia a few days into his ICU stay and his odds weren't looking so good. But he's a fighter and his goal was to get out! They said he would be totally paralyzed forever, and he already proving them wrong! Randy can move his left arm and leg some and can even feed himself sometimes! It's slow, but he can do it. He started doing standing at outpatient therapy this week and it is just amazing to see what they can do with him! He can't feel his feet and alot of his arms, but they are teaching him how to use other muscles to control different things. He can even push his own glasses up his nose! He is motivated to be able to to do some things on his own no matter how hard it is. What Randy needs is help with getting basic medical supplies and therapies. His disability and insurance will run out soon in June and he needs a lot of adaptive equipment. He is getting a power chair- it's being built. But he's looking at A LOT of daily medical supplies not covered and basic hygiene needs. He needs a special van to get him from place to place comfortably. His best friend quit his job to be his full time caretaker and chauffeur to therapies and appts. We are asking you, friends and family to please donate and help us save his home and get him what he needs to get to his goals! Please share this link with everyone:)
