Help Reagan Recover
Reagan Eudy graduated from Roswell High School May 24th and had big plans to attend Georgia Southern in the Fall. On Thursday, May 27th Reagan was in a car accident where she was a passenger and she was ejected from the car. She was rushed to the North Fulton Hospital where she was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and subsequently underwent a lifesaving craniectomy. She spent a month in ICU beating the odds. The Eudy family immediately engaged their family and friends to pray.
While being in the hospital, her mother and father stayed by her side, never leaving her alone. The nurses and doctors have been amazing at North Fulton ICU. On June 23, Reagan was admitted to The Shepherd Center to begin rehabilitation. The duration of her recovery, while unknown, will likely take up to a year or more.
Reagan is a Rae of sunshine. She is a daughter, a sister, cousin and a friend. She is a perfect mix of happy, kind, joy, spunk, compassion, beauty, exuberance, thoughtfulness and love. She shines from within. Her infectious smile lights up a room and brings joy to everyone. She is always there to lend a helping hand, shoulder to lean on, and loves her family and friends fiercely. She is the daughter of Will and Kristen Eudy, the sister of William Eudy.
We know that God has his hand on her and that God is good. We are praying that He will work through the doctors and the recovery experts at Shepherd. We invite you all to pray continually as Reagan fights. Pray that each new day she is filled with new courage and new motivation for the day and that God will bring strength and healing to her body. We have HOPE and FAITH that Reagan will be restored so that she can rejoin her family and friends in full health.
The recovery process is a marathon with no real timeline to the finish. We are so grateful that Reagan is still with us, and we want to do everything to support her on her journey ahead. As the family focusses on Reagan’s recovery we are setting up this Go Fund Me page on their behalf to help with her medical bills, rehabilitation and extended care and more than we can comprehend or tabulate at this time.
The Eudy family is first and foremost grateful for all the prayers as well as family, friends, and community support thus far. All funds raised will be used directly for Reagan's care any funds not used will be donated to the Shepherd Center.
The community support has been great and so many people have asked if they can help. If you feel compelled please donate to Help #ReaganStrong GoFundMe to help Reagan recover.
THANK YOU to everyone for your continued support and prayers for Reagan.
