Help Rebuild a Family's Hope After Arson

God bless you all. I want to tell you the story of an excellent brother, son, and friend who has a very kind heart and is a great blessing to his family and everyone around him. Even though he has been a very hard-working and responsible young man, he has also been very brave and noble. He has not had an easy life because he never had a father to support him or a father figure to teach him. He always made an effort since he started working at the age of 16, and with the help of God and the effort he has made, he has managed to do many things, thanks to God.

But on Sunday at midnight, someone we know came and set my mom’s truck on fire, and my brother's truck was parked next to it. Half of his truck was damaged. My mom’s truck was a total loss, but my brother’s truck still has a chance to be rebuilt. He lapsed on his truck insurance about a month ago due to other bills he had to catch up on. Now, unfortunately, he has no way to fix it, and the police can't do anything because they have no evidence of who caused the fire, even though we all know who did it and why. The authorities say they can't do anything.

Now, my brother and my mother don't have a way to fix my brother's truck or buy a cash vehicle for my mom. My mother's truck was her source of income. They are people who do not get into trouble with anyone. My brothers, my mother, and I have worked really hard for what we have, and it is not fair that someone just comes intentionally to destroy what we have achieved. As a sister, I only want the well-being of my family, and I know that at this moment, everyone is sad and hurt with all of this. We give thanks to God that our house did not catch on fire and that they were able to get out of the house quickly.

I want to appeal to the hearts of friends, family, and people whom God puts in their heart to help. We are asking for help from the community to help us at least with the startup of rebuilding my brother's truck. I ask you with all my heart if you can help by giving donations if you feel it in your heart, or people who know how to work on vehicles, if you can help us with your time to rebuild it. I want you to know that I thank you in advance. I know there are many people who know us, who know that what I am telling you is not a lie. It’s very rare that we ask for help in this case we truly need it. I know that this will help my brother and he will know that he is not alone and that everything he has worked for and done has not been in vain. God bless you all very much.

Dios los bendiga a todos. Quiero contarles la historia de un excelente hermano, hijo y amigo que tiene un corazón muy bondadoso y es de gran bendición para su familia y todos los que lo rodean. Si bien ha sido un joven muy trabajador y responsable, también ha sido muy valiente y noble. No ha tenido una vida fácil porque nunca tuvo un padre que lo apoyara ni una figura paterna que le enseñara. Siempre se esforzó desde que empezó a trabajar a los 16 años, y con la ayuda de Dios y el esfuerzo que ha hecho ha logrado hacer muchas cosas, gracias a Dios.

Pero el domingo a medianoche, alguien que conocemos vino y le prendió fuego a la camioneta de mi mamá, y la camioneta de mi hermano estaba estacionada al lado. La mitad de su camión resultó dañada. La camioneta de mi mamá fue una pérdida total, pero la camioneta de mi hermano todavía tiene la posibilidad de ser reconstruida. No tiene aseguranza por hace aproximadamente un mes debido a otros pagos que tenia que hacer. Ahora, lamentablemente, no tiene forma de arreglarlo y la policía no puede hacer nada porque no tienen pruebas de quién provocó el incendio, aunque todos sabemos quién lo hizo y por qué. Las autoridades dicen que no pueden hacer nada.

Ahora, mi hermano y mi madre no tienen forma de arreglar la camioneta de mi hermano ni de comprarle un vehículo en efectivo a mi madre. La camioneta de mi madre era su fuente de ingresos. Son personas que no se meten en problemas con nadie. Mis hermanos, mi madre y yo hemos trabajado muy duro por lo que tenemos y no es justo que alguien venga intencionalmente a destruir lo que hemos logrado. Como hermana sólo quiero el bienestar de mi familia y sé que en este momento todos están tristes y dolidos con todo esto. Damos gracias a Dios porque nuestra casa no se incendió y pudieron salir rápidamente de la casa.

Quiero apelar a los corazones de amigos, familiares y personas a quienes Dios pone en sus corazones para ayudar. Estamos pidiendo ayuda a la comunidad para que nos ayuden al menos con el inicio de la reconstrucción de la camioneta de mi hermano. Te pido de todo corazón si puedes ayudar dando donaciones si lo sientes en tu corazón, o personas que sepan trabajar en vehículos, si puedes ayudarnos con tu tiempo para reconstruirlo. Quiero que sepas que te lo agradezco de antemano. Sé que hay mucha gente que nos conoce, que sabe que lo que les estoy contando no es mentira. Es muy raro que pidamos ayuda y en este caso realmente la necesitamos. Sé que esto ayudará a mi hermano y él sabrá que no está solo y que todo lo que ha trabajado y hecho no ha sido en vano.
