Help save my vehicle and home after Helene

Donation protected

It’s a pretty average story for a lot of people in my area right now. I live in Hendersonville NC, (about 10-15 miles from Asheville, Chimney Rock, etc.) and much like thousands of others, I have been affected by Helene.
There are many that are far worse off than myself, but my situation is no picnic. I have not been able to work at my job, nor do we know when we will be paid for the hours we have already worked (due to everyone having to evacuate the offices for payroll) and there will be no disaster relief funds provided to the employees for work missed.
My vehicle is currently my only real lifeline, and due to the lack of financial stability during this disaster, I may lose my vehicle from the lack of being able to make my payments. I am trying to reach a minimum of $25,000 to not only pay off my vehicle so that I am guaranteed a dry place to sleep and live, but also to help with the expenses of just every day life (plus the 2.9% taken from every donation)
Obviously any and all donations are appreciated. I didn’t even want to put a specific number on here, but I was required to do so. I’ve tried to get my payments deferred, but they’re backed up currently with hardship cases and I wouldn’t even be able to discuss the possibilities for several weeks minimum according to the bank representative, and my payment is due on October 6. At this point I chose to put the $25,000 as the number simply as a hope that I can get rid of the payment total payoff is right at 15k + the 2.9% that gofundme takes.
I would love to use some money to put toward the house, to rebuild, but the vehicle is priority as it’s my only way to leave if need be; and have the guarantee of a place to live with my dog that is dry and somewhat safe. This would be one less thing that I would have to worry about during these times.
There are so many lives that have been devastated and/or lost entirely to this disaster. I understand completely if you are unable, or unwilling to donate. Simply sharing and spreading the link would be greatly appreciated. Times are hard; so please do not feel like you have to donate. I just thought I would at least try. It’s kind of my last resort, and a Hail Mary at this point. The house is in pretty bad shape, but I definitely have gotten off luckier than many others.
There is no home insurance due to the inability to have it. The house is in my father’s name, who is currently in a retirement/rehabilitation home after a stroke paralyzed half of his body. I do not have power of attorney, and the deed to the house is under contract with his medical needs incase he stops receiving his SSI (which currently pays for his stay) so the house is essentially collateral and can not be legally signed over to me. l
I don’t know what else to do. Thanks for taking the time to read my story.
