Help rebuild a Life for Wetsuweten Land Defenders
Donation protected
Looking to help an Indigenous Land Defender couple out with one Tiny Land Defender on the way? My name is Eve Saint and I'm a Wet’suwet’en Land Defender me and my partner Shilo Hill left our life in Ontario to join the frontlines against CGL. Which we lost our housing, jobs/school and most of our incoming finances. We could have recovered but we learned that at the time we are with child. I set up this GoFund me to help us rebuild what we have sacrificed... To secure housing, help with current housing costs, to get what baby needs and prepare for her arrival. I normally go about it myself but alot has come up that has got in the way of preparation... Travel for court (Wet’suwet’en Raid Feb 2020), getting stuck in BC to be safe from pandemic for months. Now we have until August 2020 or sooner to get ready for Baby and sort out the life we left behind in the beginning of the year.
Nya:Weh, Mussi Cho, Chi Miigwetch Thank you all for your support, love, and kindness.
Me and Shilo are so excited for our little Warrior she will be loved and raised as we break intergenerational cycles and we will raise her to have a Beautiful heart for her people.
