Help rebuild family home destroyed by arson

My name is Brian Kaes and I was the victim of an arson fire on my August 6th 2023, my birthday. I lost everything I've ever owned and starting over. My home was broken into when away for the weekend and she tortured Ocean the chihuahua before destroying everything. Luckily my German Shepherd escaped and was rescued, reunited days after the blaze.
I lived at my residence for over 12 years and my grandparents owned it for 65+ years beforehand. I made a promise to restore the home and pass the property to my grandson in the future, too never sell it.
After my grandpa passed away it was discovered a lien was placed on the property due to extensive nursing home care. I did not have home insurance as I was saving up everything I could too negotiate the lien.
Moving forward and re purchasing everything, securing a new home for my seven year old puppy Max and myself has decimated my life savings. With today's current housing costs and amount needed to demo the home and remediation from the burn just to even begin the process of rebuilding, I'm asking for any help possible.
All I want to do is be able to go home, give my dog the yard he deserves during his golden years and fulfill my promise to my grandfather.
