Help Rebuild Grandma's Life After Tornado

Rebuild Bettie Jo House that was destroyed in the Tornado

It is with a sorrowful heart that I am turning to the community to help me with the rebuilding of my grandmother’s home. On Wednesday October 9, 2024 our childhood home was destroyed by a Tornado that occurred as a result of the bad weather from Hurricane Milton.

My grandmother worked hard to build and pay for her home in 1985 only for it to be destroyed in a matter of seconds. Due to financial hardships my grandmother did not have home insurance. She temporarily had to cancel her policy. Little be known to her that she would be faced with a catastrophe.

My grandmother’s home was always open to anyone in need of shelter or food. The family would gather together on Holidays and special occasions to celebrate together. We are now robbed of that and only have memories.

I am asking for your help whether it’s monetary, supplies, or prayers. We are open to receive them all and they will be used strictly for building our grandmother’s home. Thank you
