Help Rebuild Hope for Sheila Jenkins (Austin) and her Family

Hello Eau Gallie Alumni!

This is Tamsin Wright (Harris) and Kelsey Hargrove from the class of 2001!

We are starting this GoFundMe for Sheila Jenkins (Austin) who went to high school with many of us at Eau Gallie High here in Florida and who has experienced an incredible loss during hurricane Helene as it ravaged the eastern United States with flooding and landslides recently.

Sheila shared that her home is completely gone. They also lost two of their vehicles. In a short time everything that they had was wiped away in this tragic storm. Thankfully they escaped with their lives, but they will have to start over.

They are without power, cell service is very spotty, and they are in need of food and water. Sheila has a beautiful little boy who is also going through this nightmare. They are sheltering in a camper and hoping that people can get through the devastation to bring them the things that they need.

We can't imagine waking up to see that everything I had was gone in an instant. I know that so many of us remember Sheila fondly and are so sad to see that this has happened to her family.

In an effort to help her rebuild we are asking the Eau Gallie Class of 2001 and beyond to please show your support for Sheila during this terrible time with a donation to help them with necessities as they navigate this time.
