Help Rebuild Ichiban After Hurricane Helene

As many of you know, our beloved restaurant Ichiban has been a cornerstone of the Western North Carolina community since 1999. For 25 years, we have proudly served you delicious meals, celebrated special occasions, and created lasting memories together. Unfortunately, our restaurant has recently faced a devastating challenge, and there is no flood insurance to cover the costs.

Tropical Storm Helene swept through our area, leaving behind severe flooding that completely destroyed our cherished establishment. The water damage is overwhelming, and we are heartbroken to share that it will take significant time and resources to rebuild.

Ichiban isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a gathering place, a source of comfort, and a part of the fabric of our community. Many of you have shared your stories of celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and everyday moments with us. We’ve watched families grow and new friendships blossom around our tables.

Now, we need your help to rise from the ashes. We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for repairs, renovations, and the essentials needed to reopen our doors. Your contributions will help us purchase equipment, replace furniture, and recover from this catastrophic loss.
