Help rebuild Mom’s life after Covid 19.

Hello,
My siblings and I are sharing our mom’s story Bettina Lerman and to get her help after her Covid 19 diagnosis. Our mom has been in the hospital at Maine Medical Center in Portland Maine for 60 days in ICU on a vent. 3 weeks ago we were told mom wouldn’t wake up and to prepare for end of life. Our mother is a true prayer warrior. She had recently had a Quadruple Bypass that took over a year of rehabilitation and the love of her family and friends.
During her medically induced coma during this time; she had two collapsed lumps and multiple Pneumonia spells. During this trying time we went to her apartment in Florida and retrieved her most precious items like photos and things, then we had to let go of her apartment. Do to the fact doctors had told us to take mom off life support. As well as saying she was never going to medically survive or even wake up. We also donated everything in her apartment for others in need at her senior community. We had already went to the funeral home and was planning her funeral, with the little bit she had left. That was not even enough to cover it. A few days before we were scheduled to remove mom from life support, she woke up! It’s a miracle and we are by her side as she fights to get better every day. Her doctors are saying she is a medical miracle and have never seen anyone go through what she has and woken up. This truly is a medical and faith miracle. Mom has been able to graduate to a CPAP half the day and ventilator at night to rest. Please donate and or share our mom’s story, we want her to be able to rebuild her life when she is able. Thank you!! Jennifer, Andrew and family.
