My Grandmother, Nesta Paul, has lost her house to the Eaton Fires. Our family has lived in Altadena for all my life. My Dad, uncle and Auntie grew up in the same house as I did. The house shared countless memories: birthdays, holidays, first steps, and endless laughs. It was more than a home for us; it was part of our family legacy.

We are hoping to rebuild as we want our Nana to spend her golden years in the comfort of her own home. As we mourn the loss of a home that has been with us for generations, we hope to find new inspiration to rebuild and create new memories.

These donated funds will be used for the following

1. Providing food shelter and caregiving services for Nesta

2. Assist in sifting through the remains of the home

3. Provide seed money to begin reconstruction of the family home

4. Purchase essential items lost from the fire (furniture, cookware, bedding)
