Help Peter and Alice Recover after fire

Our friends Peter Kim and Alice Könitz lost their home yesterday in the Eaton Fire in Altadena. It was a home that belonged to Peter's family for over 20 years. This historic house was also the home of a community of artists that worked and lived in the beautiful spaces that Peter had rebuilt in hand crafted wood details. It was the home and home studio for artists Alice Könitz (14 years), Delbar Shahbaz (7 years), David Hughes (8 years), Daniel Mendel Black (5 years), and Beatriz Cortez (3 years). It was also a space that held an artist residency for many visitors, organized by Alice Könitz as part of her beautiful project LAMOA (Los Angeles Museum of Art). This fundraiser was organized by Beatriz Cortez, one of the artists living in this home. My apartment was in the backhouse of the property and it burned down too. Thank you for your support to Peter and Alice.
