help rebuild the 1of1s5

my name is jillian, im caleb’s gf (1of1s5). recently we got into an accident where someone ran a stop sign going 40+mph and hit the passenger quarter panel side of his car. the other party didn’t have insurance and is making all of this harder for the car to get fixed. the person who hit his car got to drive away with his car barely damaged and not injured. doesn’t have to pay a dime. meanwhile caleb’s car has been sitting at the shop. he is car less, not able to work because his back got messed up from the accident. it would be so sad to see his build just sit there at the shop because insurance isn’t wanting to fix it and caleb doesn’t want to let this car go. he’s put so much into this build and was planning on never getting rid of the car. i’ve read all the comments and i’ve seen almost every single person wants to see this car back on the road and wants it to get fixed. we’re both trying to do everything we can to get this car fixed and driving again. the shop quoted 14k but that number is most definitely going to be higher after they start taking things apart. if anyone would like to help it would be much appreciated cause he loves sharing his passion for cars and this one in particular with all of you!
