Help Rebuild the Beloved Delicate Flower Resort!

Lake Cushman's "Delicate Flower Resort" is a magical place.

Over the years, we have made many improvements on the property and many happy memories.

We thought we had reached the pinnacle last summer when we built two new picnic pavilions using a kit.

But Mother Nature had other ideas this winter.

After a hefty snowfall followed by heavy rain, the two new picnic pavilions, the dear old tent trailer, and the kitchen area were all crushed and destroyed by the weight of the snow!

The snow crushed our hearts as well.

But we will not let mother nature get the best of us!

We’re going to build a new, stronger picnic pavilion!

If you’ve spent any time up at the delicate flower resort on Lake Cushman, now is your time to give back! We’re going to have a big work party later this spring. What we need now is $5000 to pay for materials to rebuild.

Just contribute any amount here. Then stay tuned for a clean-up and work dates. You know, working up there is always fun!
