Help Rebuild the Callahan Home

Hurricane Ida has massively impacted many people and families in Westchester NY. My best friend and her family lost everything. Her home is uninhabitable and all of their possessions and heirlooms are covered in sewage. They had no choice but to dispose of it all. 

  Taryn is the most selfless person I have ever come to know. Even while currently battling cancer, she would be the first person to take her shirt off her own back for someone else in need. Her husband just got on his feet after over a year of being unemployed due to Covid. Her most prized possession is her  beautiful son Shane who has special needs and was just diagnosed with a painful and life-long auto immune disease. 

  Since their home is not in a flood zone they are not covered by homeowner's insurance and their losses will not be reimbursed. I am asking for assistance for them to finance temporary rental housing, gutting and rebuilding their home while they navigate the devastating aftermath.
