Help the Chatham Sandwich Shop

Hi, my name is Maire and I worked at the Chatham sandwich shop for 8 summers through my high school and college years. Working at the sandwich shop taught me so much over the years. Working with such an amazing team was an added bonus. Even today, I still drop by when I can to buy my favorite Italian sandwich, a bag of chips and to say hi to my friends. And as everyone who lives near Chatham or passes through knows, the Chatham sandwich shop is a staple in our community. They provide not only the BEST sandwiches for miles but also has one of the friendliest and welcoming staff around.

On Wednesday February 2, 2022, the sandwich shop was destroyed by a fire, completely ruining the town’s favorite shop. It is currently unknown how much damages will cost, but one thing is known. The community of Chatham will be there for the Chatham Sandwich Shop as they rebuild. If you have loved the food, hospitality, or even driven by the Sandwich shop please consider donating whatever you can to help our beloved Sandwich shop get back to what it was! The funds from this GoFundMe will go to the staff and workers of the sandwich shop as they will be out of work for a while as they rebuild. Thank you for your generosity.
