Help Rebuild Their Livelihood After Theft

I am writing on behalf of my daughter and her husband, asking for everyone's and anyone's help.
My daughter and her husband recently took a leap of faith with much sacrifice and all their savings to go into business on their own and purchased a truck and all the necessary tools in April 2024, to make an honest, decent living for their family of 3. The absolute worst thing happened this morning September 4th when they woke up to leave for work and their truck and tools were no longer parked at their apartments.
Of course, no cameras captured anything, and no one heard anything. Authorities were called, and they were told IF they recover it, it wouldn't be intact, and most definitely, the tools would not be recovered.
The truck was only insured with LIABILITY, so yes, it gets worse; they are completely without any protection. This vehicle was the sole provider for their family and household expenses. No truck, no work, no rent, no utilities. They are completely DEVASTATED and with all the worries and WEIGHT OF THE WORLD to provide for their 4-month-old daughter. I ask for any help to put this nightmare behind them. Thank you for listening and taking the time.
