Help Rebuild Veteran Owned Small Business

Donation protected

Leonard Blue has been serving Richmond for years. He is retired military, and has put his entire life into his store "Experimax." He owns both the Richmond and James Center locations. This store was a part of his dream and a step towards retirement. Early Sunday morning his store was looted and destroyed. This included everything from computers to the cash register. Customer devices were taken, leaving Leonard in one of the most difficult positions a small business  owner can be in. The looting in Richmond began late Friday night.  As such, Leonard chose to spend time away from  his family, sleeping at his store. Thankfully Leonard had left his store only two hours prior to the break-in Sunday morning. I cannot fathom what would have happened had he been there for just a little while longer. Leonard is a pillar of our community and always chooses to help others before himself including other local businesses. As one of the businesses that frequently has the pleasure of doing business with Leonard we would like to help both his dream  and his retirement get back on track. We turn to our community, in hopes that they can help Leonard in his time of need.
