Helping Hands for Wayanad.
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. The simplest acts of kindness are more powerful than a thousand heads bowing in prayer.
In one of the worst natural disasters in Kerala, at least 400 persons were killed and more than 300 were injured in massive landslides triggered by torrential rains. Two towns have completely vanished from the map. With hundreds trapped under the debris, sparking fears of mounting fatalities, rescue agencies were racing against time to pull out any survivors. Of the nearly 400 houses, only 30 were left intact. The rest were swept away by the landslides. When our motherland is going through this inconceivable tragedy, we should support our brothers and sisters.
Overseas India cultural congress America being a non-profitable organization is organizing this fundraiser to support Wayanad,Kerala,India victims. OICC is planning to rebuild houses, rebuild educational institutions, and adopt the children who lost their parents. OICC has taken a decision to financially support the education of children of single parents who lost their partners. Please support us for this noble cause. The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the greatest intention. Every small, unselfish action nudges the world into a better path.
Please support OICC HELPING HANDS.
