Help Recovering from Covid-19

I am still recovering from Covid-19. I was hospitalized for almost 15 days due to Covid. I have no way to take care of bills and needs since I don’t qualify for unemployment or short term disability due to me not meeting the 18 month requirement of the state. My applications were rejected by my employer as well due to time limits. I am home under care of a home health agency because I came home unable to eat so I have a Picc line and fed TPN for the next six weeks. It is hard to recover worrying about work, money, and health. I also have medications that I need that aren’t covered by my insurance. Any help will be  greatly appreciated.
