Help refurbish masjid & build madrasah in Somalia

Assalamu ‘aleykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakatuh

Ramadhaan has approach us walilaahil hamd, May Allaah accept our good deeds and ibadah and bless this month for us aameen. We are bringing you all an opportunity to gain good deeds and invest in your akhirah in this blessed month.

By the permission and blessings of Allaah, previously we have built a madrasah for children in one refugee camp who were learning in very poor conditions. Last year we were able to build and complete a masjid in another refugee camp in Goldogob, Somalia. This was achieved through the support and fundraising of City Isoc and Somsoc alhamdulilaah. May Allaah reward them for their efforts. Aameen.


It has come to our attention that there is a masjid located in another part of the camp and it is falling apart and isn’t in a good condition.  This masjid needs to be refurbished, decorated and have a mic system installed.

This year we are aiming to build another madrasah once again. In this camp, the children are currently learning Qur’an and Islamic studies in a very poor condition, in a mud hut. We aim to build them a brand new madrasah so that they can learn in classroom with desks and will therefore be also able to learn English as they will have a new teacher.

Our goal is $10,000 to complete refurbishing the masjid, build a madrasah for the children, purchase desks and learning resources. This will start after Ramadhan with your support and donations.
