Help Reina with Medical Expenses and Recovery

Hello, my name is Cherie, and I am organizing this fundraiser for my best friend, Reina. I have been friends with Reina for over six years. She is caring and has a heart of gold. Reina is funny, creative and lives for her family. It was rare to see Reina without her children.

On Sunday, February 27, 2022, Reina and Andy Bravo, along with their four children (ages 4-11), were exiting the East Sam Houston Toll Road at Market Street when they were hit head-on by a person driving the wrong way on the exit ramp.

Andy and their four children were treated for minor injuries and released from the hospital. However, Reina had to be life-flighted to the hospital with significant injuries. Upon arrival at the hospital, Reina had to be stabilized.

On Monday, February 28, 2022, Reina underwent two surgical procedures to stop internal bleeding and set broken bones. Then Reina had another surgical procedure on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, to set broken bones in her legs and arm. Today, March 3, 2022, she has just been taken back for her fourth surgical procedure.

We are seeking donations to help alleviate financial burdens for medical bills, recovery costs and time off work so her family can focus on Reina and her long road recovery.
