Help St. Luke’s Development Corporation fulfil its mission:
St. Luke’s Development Corporation (SLDC) was organized as a nonsectarian 501(c) (3) corporation in 1997 to undertake activities related to and otherwise assist, create and foster community and economic development for the benefit of the New Haven community.
What has SLDC done in the community?
1. SLDC built and operates an 18-unit Senior Housing Apartment Complex at 120 Goffe Street.
2. In October 2019, SLDC finished the rehabilitation of 16 Dickerman Street, a two-family home which is now occupied by a first time low income buyer.
3. SLDC also owns 34 and 36 Sperry Street, 10 and 12 Dickerman Street, which together with the Whalley Avenue properties, it plans to convert into mixed-used facilities with commercial space on the First Floor on the Whalley Avenue side.
SLDC urgently needs your help to raise $20,000 to
Begin remediation of 34 and 36 Sperry Street. SLDC has to spend $20,000.00 before it can tap into a $240,000.00 escrow account intended for full remediation.
