Hello, my name is Remoka Mitchell, and I am reaching out to you with a humble heart. I recently received a diagnosis that has turned my world upside down—Stage 2 Breast Lymphoma. This is an extremely rare form of cancer, and I am the first known case here in Jamaica. This journey has been both frightening and overwhelming, but I am determined to fight with everything I have. The rarity of this condition means that my treatment will be complex and expensive, requiring specialized care that is not readily available in my country. I will need to travel, undergo extensive treatments, and take medications that are critical for my survival.
