Help Ren Heal

Hello! My name is Alyssa and I’m fundraising for my best friend, Ren Rivera.

Ren has been my friend since we were 14 years old, so I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside her and watching her make a beautiful impact on the world.

Lately we’ve come into a hard season because Ren has been diagnosed with Lupus and has been in and out of the hospital over the past year. Things have been up and down with some really big scares. She was unresponsive at one point and we faced many fears that we may lose Ren. We are no longer in that exact situation, thank god, but now she needs our help to get better and put the stress of medical bills behind her.

The breakdown: I am asking for $10,000. A majority of that will go toward her existing medical bills that need paid off and the rest will be allocated toward future treatment for Ren’s lupus. She is struggling to find treatment that is effective for her specific healing and she is currently uninsured, so anything we can give her will be a huge help.

A little about Ren: She is a kind lady with a big heart. A dancer, plant lover/ master gardener, a momma to Xavi and most of all a compassionate person who wants to change the world for the better.

All I want is for my best friend to live a long and happy life alongside her son, myself and everyone else who loves her so much ❤️
