Hey everyone,
My name is Ashwin. Today I am reaching out to you with a message from my friend Renad, a midwife from Gaza whose life, along with her family's, has been turned upside down over the past few months because of the war and atrocities that have been taking place in Gaza. We are desperately trying to ensure the safe evacuation of her and her family from Gaza, to enable her the opportunity to pursue her dreams of earning a master's degree and building a new and peaceful future for herself and her family. Any contributions are so greatly appreciated! Please scroll down to read a message from Renad in Gaza.

The following message below is from Renad in Gaza.
Hello everyone,
My name is Renad, and I'm a 24-year-old midwife from Gaza. I'm reaching out to you today because I need your help to achieve my dream of pursuing a master's degree and securing a better future for myself and my family.
I graduated with a high score from my bachelor's degree in midwifery, and I have over three years of valuable experience working as a midwife in various hospitals in Gaza, including Al Shifa Hospital and Al Quds Hospital. Despite the challenges and hardships we face living in Gaza, I have remained committed to my passion for helping others and providing compassionate care to mothers and newborns.
Now, I am determined to further my education and enhance my skills by pursuing a master's degree in my field. However, the current situation in Gaza makes it incredibly difficult for me to pursue higher education opportunities here. That's why I am seeking your support to help me and my family evacuate Gaza and start my master's degree journey.
The funds I am trying to collect will be used for several purposes. Firstly, we need at least $35,000 to cover the registration fees for evacuation for my family of seven. Additionally, we will need funds to cover other expenses, including accommodation in Egypt for the first three months as we settle into our new surroundings.
As for my master's degree, I am determined to find any available scholarship opportunities to support my studies. I am passionate about advancing my knowledge and skills in midwifery so that I can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of mothers and babies in Gaza and beyond.
Your support will not only help me achieve my educational goals but will also provide hope and opportunity for my family in the face of adversity. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in our lives.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and thank you in advance for your generosity and support.
With gratitude,
Renad
