Help Renee and Jerry Groom and Abby

Yesterday, Monday, April 17th Jerry was walking Abby by the end of their driveway when a vehicle almost hit Jerry AND DID HIT ABBY! The vehicle didn't stop. Abby ended up with 2 broken bones and will need $4,000 worth of surgery. Renee and Jerry Groom are longtime residents of New Glarus, and if you know them, then you know Abby is their dear, dear, dear, furbaby. Renee and Jerry are sick, hurt, and angry that the vehicle didn't even stop. I am asking for community help, so Renee and Jerry can get Abby the surgery she needs. Thank you
