Help Renee recover from a stroke!

My mom is a nurse who has helped thousands of people over the years and now she could use some help. She had an ischemic stroke last week (5/12/22) that has affected her speech, mobility and balance. Right now she is in an inpatient rehabilitation center receiving physical, occupational and speech therapy 5 days a week. She is working really hard to achieve her goal to heal and get back to the same level of independence she was at before the stroke.

I will be her primary caregiver after she is discharged from the rehabilitation clinic. I am her only family member in Houston, TX. My only focus over the next few months is to do everything possible to help her through this process, making sure that she is safe, clean and fed and focused on achieving her therapy goals.
