Help Renee save her house.

Hi,my name is Sharon Davis and I am trying to help a friend so she and her dog don't become homelss.My friend is Sheila Renee Sharp and on Facebook she goes by Renee and lives in Lexington, S.C. Renee is about to turn 54 and is currently disabled due to adult onset muscular dystrophy and she has cancer for the fourth time.She was diagnosed 7 years ago with breast cancer when she kept getting sick and it returned again 3 years later.After having her gallbladder recently removed they found sarcoma around the muscle area and removed what they could. She will.soon need more aggressive chemo and surely can't be homeless while receiving treatment and recovering.Renee has had to have volunteers come and build a ramp for herself and her elderly dog of 18 in kidney failure. She lives for this dog named Nugget.He is a dachshund and on special food due to a medical issues. Renee also has to wear leg braces to help her.She has helped rescue,trap,save and feed many dogs in 30 years of her love for animals.She once went after a dog with a plastic jug on his head several years ago and didn't give up until she had him cornered and got that jug off.When she hears of dogs near her if she can she goes looking for them.She is not able to help like she used to but never gives up.She is also a Sunday school teacher.She is a devout Christian and loves God. Renee hopes people will pray and please donate to help her and her dog out of a situation she has found herself in.Renee is single and does everything on her own.She gets less then $1000 a month to live and eat on. In 1998 she had her own home built after being homeless for 2 years when her dad remarried while she was still in high school and decided they didn'twant her around.She lost her mom and last of her family to covid last year.In 2018 she was in a moratorium with her mortgage due to her medical issues.Then,covid hit and halted mortgages,rent and school loans or so we thought. When covid crisis ended and things resumed she was w for the mortgage company to say it was time to resume her payments. What she got was a foreclosure notice from an attorney. She called the mortgage company and was told nobodies mtg. payments were halted and only interest was.In order to save her home she now has to pay $35,000 in less then 60 days now.She is doing all she can and trying to find any available help.Attorneys are not giving her viable options.She has applied for the only help she can find my researching at the library and not much luck.If anyone knows where she can get help,please reach out.She can't do a reverse mortgage and a short sell won't do anything.She may just break even.This is her last plea for help.Being medically disabled and having trouble being on your feet and weak from cancer treatments has become hard on her.She said if she can't get help to stay in her home she could use donations to buy a tent and battery operated generator and cooler for her dogs special food.If anyone know how to help please reach out.This is an.
