Help Repair Jaydens Sight

Hi Everyone.
I am fundraising for a local young Bradford teen named Jayden, who is suffering from a condition called Keratoconus.
Keratoconus is a disorder of the eye that results in progressive thinning of the cornea.
Jayden has been dealing with this condition for the last 2 years, and it has progressed rapidly. Currently, he cannot see anything out of his left eye and nothing more than 6” from his right eye.
Luckily because his sight in his right eye is not completely gone and there is little scarring, it can be corrected by a UV light procedure, special contact lenses & solution. These specially designed contact lenses & solution are made specifically for this condition and will help slow down the progression.
However, this is not the case with his left eye… Within the next six months, Jayden will need a cornea transplant on his left eye.
This procedure will be done at sick kids hospital in Toronto.
I am asking the community to help out Jayden and his family with the cost of the contact lenses & solution. Unfortunately insurance does not fully cover, and it is an overwhelming price of $10,000. With the insurance amount deducted, the cost is 4,000.
Jayden lives with his mom, dad and three sisters who are working very hard to help cover costs of this medical obstacle. As we all know, times are a lot tougher with COVID hitting hard on work conditions, which impacts the ability to comfortably achieve this financial goal.
Every amount helps and is greatly appreciated.
All funds raised will be given directly to Jayden and his family to help contribute to his road to vision repair.
