Help replace a stolen handicapped van

I have been living with cerebral palsy my entire life and been confined to a wheelchair. My special medical needs van that was easily accessible for me was stolen. Without this van I am not able to work, go to the store, see my friends or live a regular life. These vans are very expensive to replace I do have insurance but that never covers everything. Any help is greatly appreciated.
